Meet with friends, become the very best like no-one ever was, and catch them all.

Meeting with your former friends will be harder since you have to meet by chance and recognize each other. It would be a lot faster working with the nearest stranger. There is also this risk; due to the game forcing everyone to start alone your former friends might make new friends locally and there is a chance new party/alliance will form up.

Well old alliances with loyal members might not be affected too much but you guys will start slower because finding each other and meeting up every time you make a new char is a 'thorn in the foot' process without hs or village teleportation mechanic.
