I've got one-I'd trade it for steel. So I could make more ranger products, of course. Two bearskin cloaks is definitely not a reasonable price, but... you didn't find a cart on the side of the road with one chest of tools and bear products plus a log, did you?
Edit: I was worried my cart was stolen. I found it, though, thanks to the support of the denizens of Clayshire.

Actually, the bow itself is worth 1 steel bar at least. so trading 1 steel bar for it is kinda weird.
