i suppose it depends on who you talk to, i would say the chest of bulbs, because the higher level players are seeking hard after them, but then again gold is hard to come by, and a Bar is even harder, so i suppose it depends who you talk to

What is worth more, 5-10points in psy which allows you to craft rings with 2-4 points in quality better which results in +0 outcome stats
or the resources for 10 merchant rings which can give you a really good boost(up to 15+)to every stat if you already have a good jeweller(which you prolly have if you can afford selling a chest of bulbs).
