there was a warning before with something about >40% stamina (which i had?)

what did i do wrong?
it was a very small river....

If you had a claim you'll start there when you inherit from the dead ancestor (select the appropriate runestone in character creation room). At least I think it works that way, haven't lost any characters in the past week or two. If you didn't have a claim, you're out of luck
