We have recently moved plots and are wanting to give away our current plot to anybody who needs it.

The plot has:

-2 cabins.
-1 deluxe bed
-2 chicken coops
-2 ovens
-1 kiln
-9 cupboards (filled with leeches and seeds)
-1 quern
-1 loom
-1 cauldron
-2 herbalist benches
-1 spinning wheel
-2 dream catchers

This offer won't last long, because it's right on the river and I've just taken my claim down. So it's literally a steal, meaning someone will steal it all if nobody has any interest. It's a great start for newbies though. I'll leave my hearth fire there until someone shows interest or enough time passes. Message me or post here. :p

I'm a generous person.

We have no need for the place anymore, but spent a lot of time and effort getting it into the shape its in now. We'd rather see some new player make use of it then to have it go to waste.

There's no hidden catch, just a relatively new player looking out for others new to the game.
