after the map reset, me and my frineds ar egoing to start a village, and we have question about the village officails. Can anyone explain what the Lawpspeaker, Chieftain, and Hirdsmen do excatly? what all of their powers are and how they work. (like the lawpseaker's power to kick out the chieftain, how does that work

The chieftan can summon hirdsman, add people to village, and spend authority to regen stamina. That's about it. He also gets a cool ass hat
