The treasure of Wytch Island

The end of the world makes people do odd things. A couple of my comrades left their dwelling in the night and went on a rampage; killing, vandalizing, and stealing. At the end of said rampage, one killed the other. The survivor carried a great deal of treasure to a hidden swamp, far away. His guilt caused him to go mad, and he drowned himself. Thankfully, he left me a message describing the way to the treasure. I wandered for a long time trying to find it, and now I have. Here is what it contains:

As I said before, the end of the world makes people do odd things. I've always wanted to fight in a duel to the death. Perhaps you've always wanted to be rich? Now's your chance! If no one takes up this offer, then I will see how far I can swim while carrying this chest.

Most of the items in the chest are q100+, and some are 200+ (namely the rings).

I think the bars, merchant robes, and occult rings were yours, but most of the other stuff came from elsewhere. I even made the bronze things myself.
