I don't really consider that the "most effective" way to grind(maybe when you just start the game and even then.., XD.). Especially if you get the LP bonuses.

Then you are wrong, repetitive grinding looms or in this case chairs is the most effective thing to do if you want to get started. Later it is of course hunting.
