New Brodgar in the Day

New Brodgar continues to grow.

Image

We have now completed the square to the south-west. Future expansion will be heading west and south of that square. (if you are reading 'somebody', your claim is in the way, and will be removed by village influence once we expand it down there. This is a warning.)

EDIT: It seems we have been invaded by a 'trade guild' who have decided they can go ahead and build a compound inside our own city, right in the way of a planned major road. Great.

EDITx2: Looks like it was just a failure of communication on both sides.

The idea for this square is that it will house our sign links to the other major towns of the world, and the trading stalls of our citizens.

My dream is of dozens of stalls, and on busy days, dozens of players, coming to this square to trade. Hopefully it will become a major center of the civilized world.

So far, so good...

We are always open to new immigrants. If you're bored of living out in the middle of nowhere, why not come and find us? You will certainly have somebody to trade with.

How big are each of those personal plots?

Not too big, + it seems they dont have straw and metal (one of two missing also possible) since they dont have stone mansions.

I think living alone, uh, with a small claim, with 5 people with wheat metal and abundant food suits me better.

At least Sodom has them :'D

?

We 為o have straw and metal. And 裕bundant food.

Claims are 20x20.

EDIT: I mean, just look at the picture. You can clear see heaps of wheat. Iron smelters, and rocks taken from basements. Sheesh.

Their are clearly many fields of yellow wheat growing all over the town, and I seriously doubt they lack metal

Oh please. We have already negociated with several outsiders living too close to join us. We don't use brute force to make people leave. If you are an arse and doesn't want to move then it's your problem. We will most surely help those that wants to move to another location with whatever they want to. We want to grow, that's all.

And a sidenote, we have alot of wheat, we have metal. We have plenty of both to go around the entire village. Why most have those houses are mainly because A: They don't need bigger space (i have more than enough space to last me for weeks if not months) B: They haven't wrecked their current house and started building a stone mansion. Don't state things when you haven't even visited the village nor talked to anyone. That's just childish ;)

Do you really think this is an explanation of how you aren't forcing people to leave?
