nice job. pieces are a little confusing though. think i liked the game of checkers someone made more.

This is awesome, maybe we could ask the developers to make chess piece sprites for these things. They would make great decorations even if not used for chess. If push comes to shove, checkers should be enough.

I was going to say, making chess pieces that are one-tile items that can be stacked would make for a fun game. Either that, or make a Chessboard item that is a container that hold chess pieces.

Don't see why not. Cupboards are 8 x 8. You'd just need to work out your pieces and when it comes to inventory items, there's plenty to choose from. Different types of fish, food etc...
