Sattlement with skeleton

I found a settlement way up north of Titan's Dominion. There's a skeleton on the paved ground and its crops are fully grown. The house is kinda decayed, but another cabin north of it is very much decayed with an unfinished map in the cupboard inside. There are cellar rocks outside of its claim, with a runestone I can't read because I can't trespass. It has a quern, a chicken coop, and a decayed boat. Anyone know whose this is? Is the owner the skeleton I saw? I could get a print screen but I'm too lazy.

If only there was a way to bury the dead in this game, me and my friend who spotted the bones were planning it. There is a ritual for it though, right? It'll take a while for the claim to decay though, so I'll just take a print screen to make sure the home is dead.

I found a newly built boat on the third pic. So I'm not sure this dude is really dead yet.

Ha. That home belongs to one 'vegas2', a guy with Titan's Dominion. That skeleton... I'm not sure who it used to be. Vegas found it while out foraging once upon a time, and decided to keep it as a memento. He's very much still an active player.

That second cabin used to be our little fishing hut, which was filled with miscellaneous lures, hooks, and string once upon a time.
