Escapist on a plate

Postby Sidran » Sat Apr 17, 2010 8:20 pm

I am playing for one month now. I never ever trespassed anyones claim, far it be stolen something or killed anyone. Nor I have such intentions.

Today I got robbed. According to scents I collected, perpetrators were some molested adolescents with small penises.
What those abominations took from a month old newby?
20 moth eggs,
4 silk threads 7-9QL
14 seedbags,
my only metal saw and scythe(took me one week with silk to earn them),
incomplete regional map,
a lot of low QL foods,
killed all my 12-15QL chickens (I guess in attempt to grief me),
~12 9-15QL leathers,
4 metal nuggets
etc etc

What they left? 130QL bone saw and all my local maps. I guess that was an act of mercy, so that I continue to work essentialy for them.
They can come whenever they want and take whatever they want.
But, I have no intention to work a minute longer for them. I was enthusiastic, now I am bitter and on a brink of not playing at all. And I dont like that idea cause this project is unique in its nature. Why is anyone building anything when you can simply turn macro on and later grief whomever you please? That reality is not even close to the shit ridden reality of this world. In real world, bunches of frustrated adolescents would think twice before even entering my house.. and they never did even during turbulent times of international sanctions and wars.

How they function?
They have their small penises surrounded by brick walls VERY VERY far from my region. But they have informants who live peacefully in my region.
What can I do?
Nothing really, as I am not aroused by sado-masochistic foreplay with complete strangers, nor am I willing to spend any more time working while being served on their plate, palisaded or not. I live in a shit ridden world (as many of you) and I really dont need absurd idiocy even in computer games. And I dont need drama of perpetual humiliation which costs me weeks of dedicated work.

I am not asking for help, nor want to be part of any silly faction/political division. I also have enough of that irl.

Anyone being smart to tell me to build palisade or live in deep forest can save typing and skip this post. Again, I have enough of brutal absurdity around me (as 99% of you) to run away from macro-retarded bullies in computer game.

Do as you like, pvp is ok, drama is ok... but I dont intend to stay served on bullies plater.

Go grab some friends, use the scents, and kill them while they're offline?

Not much I can say to this post but, get a better defense?

Should have lived in a cave, defended by a palisade/brick wall, in the middle of a huge forest, on a island, with no neighbors around for miles.

If you were full tradition you could reincarnate, spawn on the fire, max out combat skills with some survival, then go on a murdering spree.

My sympathies. Personally i usually tend to see robberies as fresh starts. I've had my places busted a few times, and, after the initial shock passes, I usually just pick up whatever is left and move. It's usually a fresh start, and the pain of loss subsides quickly when you are suddenly unburdened by the responsibilities of ownership. Then again I'm also very much a solo player.

Nah.. I think Ill simply log and make runestone out of every rock I can find.. thats according to rules and is also real in this bizarre dimension.. Lets see where the newbs will find much needed stone for their first stone axe. Is that acceptable?

That's fine. Tell me when you get tired of doing that.
