Well I just logged back in and I spawned by my bed. but K.O?

As I recovered I walked outside and I saw a runestone saying "Hello, There. You are advised not use theft skill anymore".

I was shocked, not by what the message said. But that people live near me...

Of course I used theft skill since I just recently got it. But, I only use it on abadnoned area where the fences and houses are rotting.
So when I saw this message.. I was totally stunned. If I did steal from you, please tell me who you are.

The places was abandoned, because walls was collasping and rotting, also house was rotten. So I thought, "Oh, they must of moved on". So I took the leftovers and went back to my place. Now whoever wrote that message. I want to say. "Sorry".
