Is it possible to tame animals without armor/high con

Postby RedRamen » Mon May 10, 2010 5:23 am

I read on the wiki that it seems possible to tame cows/sheep without high armor/con. It was pretty vague and hard to understand.

If its possible, could someone describe how to do it (you don't have to go too far into detail if you don't want to, but a rough idea would be great)

Surround the anmal wit building posts, surround the rest of the herd in a different pen. You can attack the seperated animal trough two fenses you placed on a diagonal. Your best bet is to get someone to show you ingame.

Armor (and hp) will allow you to make more mistakes, but you shouldn't need them if you know what you are doing, it does make it considerably easier though.

if you make square pen and remove a corner thats where you want to work through. can move close and back off. bring some food as it takes a while but it can be done.

Make sure you seperate the one you're taming from their herd, if you odn't they'll all fight for the corner and you won't hit the right one. (or any sometimes)
