When you indeed trespass and vandalize you are by no mean imune. You wil leave scents and are summonable like any other thief. Lying in a bed won't protect you from that. If on the other hand the land was unclaimed, then you technically have done nothing wrong, so screw the owner of the bed for being dumb.

sure the claim leave scent, but is easy meet a noob and understand if he is a noob in his first play.
And usually grievers don't attack who is stronghest than him. So the claim is a defence for who is Able to defence.
And who isn't able have just wood walls. Claim isn't usefull for them.

Well but that is more of a general problem of the game we all have been discussing over and over again, so maybe let's keep that out of this thread. The useful information for the OP is to claim his land from now on, or if he has already done that buy the necessary tracking skills and kill the bastard in his bed.
