No and Yes. This is the Ring of Brodgar, former starting point for all players. It was removed because the place was just too cramped up after a while.

But if you travel the hearthlands long enough you mght actually find what s left of this former most famous spot in the world.

To be fair the new one is a ruin. The second picture is a little photoshopped.

Yupp. You can tell from some of the pixels. :)
