Abandoned farm?

Does anyone live there? Could someone translate runestone for me?

I would guess it is abandoned, especially if it is unclaimed. There appear to be former hearthfires, which were replaced somewhere else. Couldn't have been abandoned too long ago, because nothing decays yet. If you just want the crops, harvest it. You will leave no scents.

Farm still has claim on it, while house does not and there are remnants of HS both outside and in the house

Some of the other runestones nearly seem to insinuate the owner has been killed. One says "What happened here? Was someone attacked?" We also left a Codexia greeting on April 22nd, not sure if it was responded to or not. I was just up near there the other day while collecting mussels though and the crops were exactly as they are now, so if it is lived in still, it's not very active.
