If you have a village.
But it does take weariness.

Summary.

If you have a hearthfire active, you need to have travel weariness to travel to village.
If you do not have a hearthfire active, you do not need to travel weariness to travel to village though travel weariness will still be deducted in the same manner of travel to hearthfire.
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

Being successful isn't just about hard work and succeeding, it is also about picking yourself up when you fail.
