Odd Tree Behaviour

Postby DerGilb » Mon Jun 14, 2010 6:39 pm

hey,

2 month ago or so i planted some mulberry trees on broad leaf forest ground.
i thought they got stunted because of my quality checks because the were stuck 1 step before full growth.
now ... i looked at them again and finally after such a long time they reached their final stage.

thought i share so you hearthland scientists have something to think about

A tree growing to its last stage depends on decay hitting it. So it seems we have an extreme case of variance here and decay didn't hit that particular tile for quite some time.

no, decay hits don't occur more often in mordor, they just do more damage

Never had them take that long but close. I've planted a row of trees and watched many times how 1 would be full grown in 2 days and another in the same row not mature for 2 weeks. So it can be interesting sometimes trying to estimate when a tree will be done. My advice...don't...lol
