Spawning in claim?

I have a problem.
One day when i logged in, there was a hearth fire on my claim.
I found the person and i didn`t know him.
He builded a house near me and some days later he and a friend of him raided me and the one i live next to.
And i wonder... Is it normal to be able to spawn in someones claim?
please request and help me out here!

I'm guessing he guessed your Hearth secret.
Never have an easy HS.
Also, never keep a HS longer than 5 minutes, after telling it to someone.

Don't forget to wall your property as well as claim it beyond the wall. Albeit this will not stop some of the more treacherous griefers but it is better than being in the open with no defense.
