Thief named Hermes

I picked a clue up from Gligar's claim near the RoB and tracked down a character named Hermes.

I did not kill him or batter-ize him, but it's just a head's up that he is probably a thief.

I encountered him too. I did not attack him, but he did run away.

Good thing I still have clues from him then, and know where he lives. Just a heads up to future rangers that if you find a murder clue pointing to Stillmeadow, it was me taking out Hermes. You shouldn't come upon it though because it's in a pretty backwater area.

EDIT: Nix that, instead I'm going to knock him out and strip him naked.
