Dynamic userbar for a forum

With support Wasteland Radio has been created userbar for a forum.
Displays the server status (up, down and crashed), quantity of players/characters and current game time.



If you want other colour, other picture, other data ect. write, we can probably satisfy your whims.

I'd suggest that you cache srv-state locally. For your own sake, that is -- when our HTTP server becomes laggy, you'll probably have quite a lot of outstanding requests otherwise. :)

Wouldn't look a lot better if you just compressed the logo both vertically and horizontally, so as to keep its aspect ratio?
