I see there is a stand with bills of possession and a few objects nearby but I don't get which bills are for which object, is there something I'm missing here?

edit: welp, someone was able to help me there. It seems the pole goes red when you mouse over the bill that corresponds to the right object. I should have read the patch notes more carefully.
