If you are a new or newer player looking for a place to play in World 15, I can't suggest Whatever Bay more highly.
It is an environment like no other (with some attendant risks) to find camaraderie and helping hands in many corners.
If you are an experienced player interested in hermiting in World 15, consider doing so in a sea of others
