Replace "find" with "Buy" and it fits markets perfectly.

One can choice not to go find and take stuff. Yes ?
Would that not also make that comment more about "Others finding stuff ..." ?

Personally ... I created plenty of stuff. And taking it slow ... kinda extends my potential enjoyment of the game.

That is what makes me dislike late game. Why create anything yourself if you can find random stuff that's better than what you'd get through weeks of effort?

Look I'm autistic but I'm not that autistic. I've made plenty of walls and kilns and bricks and bars of steel on legacy, why would I want to go thru all of that agony again if I can help it? Like the other guy said: that's exactly why markets exist.

Is that what you play this game for? Watching steel crucibles?

With the exception of huge late-game markets, the supply of stuff on markets is limited. You won't find better everything in early-game markets, and the difference is at most a doubling in quality (considering diminishing returns that's not that much increase in practical value) rather than making all of your tools look like toys and your best materials effectively worthless scraps.

Also yes, world reset when. It feels like it's about to happen soon but there's still no news :(

Assuming "No" and "Also" on those two other questions.

...
I was actually under the impressing "Late-game" was more something in the domain of months, not weeks.
Which make me feel this is more about unclaimed stuff not decaying fast enough than anything else.
O well. Such is live. :|

People who have been playing this game since 2011-2014, complaining about finding q200 (week 3 quality) in abandoned bases 10 months into the world, are really worrying me.

Do you not have q400 anvil sets? I'm pretty sure any competent solo player that barely plays 1 hour per day or every 2 days has reached that stage long ago.

Also just don't fucking pick it up if you don't want it lmao. Not like you're the kind of people to leave your walls that often anyway, you're already playing single-player hafen within the walls.

But ngl, it would be nice for abandoned crap to decay faster than 2 years.

I leave my walls very often, probably more than often faction players. I have no idea where the ridiculous notion that hermits don't leave their walls come from. I could understand for small villages, but do you have any idea how boring it is to stay inside your walls when playing solo? The only thing you can do is farming and farming-related crafting, for everything else you at the very least need to go outside to gather materials.
