If I had to guess, based on Jorb's postings, we'd get a new world for Summer.

The more I was thinking about, the more option -wiping the world only after major update- seems right. In my opinion, 4 months would be a reasonable time to wait. On the other hand, devs don't take into account something like "reasonable time". They're doing their best, and they know how the update will affect the world, we- don't. So our only option, for now, is to squeeze the streaks.

I'm waiting for a new world to create an guide based on my decisions. And I'm quite excited because It probably will be really different from last guides because it should have new systems for combat and eating.

im looking wipe because it means big update, big changes, fix known bugs , rework abused mechanics ... also hope that there will be some try to involve more players, mb someth against botting & alt spamming

I will agree with you some part on the fact that people who want a wipe usually have reasons that fall along "cannot compete" category. but then again, is that totally wrong? Nobody wants to play a game where they can never truly compete. Everybody has a feeling or two that they wanna be something.

and it's not that they want to watch others not enjoy, its the fact For Some Of Them they can't enjoy the game because their bones are what laid the foundations of what some built.

Now grabbing everything you need from the market, i would assume is not free, but then again, why forge something when you know there is no hope for you in the first place? I started in this world bout 2+ months ago, and i can never hope to compete with just about anything. my Q will never be in the ball park of botters, I have no fighter characters(i only have 2 one nature guy and one industrial, old habits die Hard) now that doesn't mean i cannot fight, but it means if i die, then i am setback for a long while if not permanently.

Or usually, we can't find good node of clay and get behind. Doesn't matter. You can compete, but without some luck or a lot of time, You're always going to fall behind, unless, You're really in a big group of faction and know completely how mechanic works. Botting isn't always the case, sometimes it just that someone is bigger in numbers and be more efficient or lucky in this or that.

you do understand that while your statement in theory is true, how it actually plays out is totally different.

I'm willing to propose that half the top tier factions of this current world(and worlds past) is because of botting. And that's me being conservative.

Can it happen without botting, of course. but to find enough people who can actually A. work together, B. have that much time on their hands and C. never get bored with the mundanity/ad nauseam that is H&H is like 1 in a million m8

I could not have said it better. I only wish to add that who fails in the rat race once for any reason, will fail again every new world for the same reason. So you either can and will compete either play for fun and don't compete at all. Everyone have this choice to make.
