You can get free money by robbing a bank. But on long range it is probably not a wise thing to do.

Wiping the world is kind of like cutting a forest down.
You get money when you cut down a forest and sell the wood.
But if all you do is cut down the forest, soon you will have nothing left.

every once in a while the forest need to be burned down to get rid of all the dead wood and crap so it can grow bigger and better than before

its ok I get it, were at the stage in the world wheres theres a small community of saddos who are like level 560911011 and they end up being the only voices left still using the forum... however without wipes in the usual cycles you will probably not see your 1k figures again nor gain the money that comes from that

For example, i have a group of people who willing to join, but there is no reason to join this game now.
There should be fresh start. Right now there is impossible to catch up, without joining big faction. Or even when you finally catch up there will be reset.
All you can is build small village on the edge of the world hoping that nobody find you and kill just for lulz.
This world lived long enough.

Not wanting to judge, but it's probably that most of your group that is "willing to join" will quit in less than 3 months. You talk about catching up, but if you don't play the game right now, to know about the best stuff, you will fall behind pretty quickly. I can agree about the status of players right now, they're too high and can kill anyone of us pretty easy, but this problem will repeat next world as things are now. So, if you want to play the game properly, start right now, learn fast about the last changes and be prepared. The wipe will come, but when the proper time comes.

I agree I'll probably quit in 3 months so will the group I play with, so what? We do this every new world.

Heck I'll be very surprised if I even last 3 months.

That's just how some people prefer to play, the game gets pretty stale after a few months from server start, I think most people will agree world start is most fun time to play.

I'm not arguing that it should be restarted repeatedly in quick succession but every few years at least. Not too short to be lame and offputting, not too long to lose all the regulars who come back over and over (which I should add is probably more than half of the playerbase).

I havent really followed goings on in this world but the pics and threads I see make it look stale as fuk. ITS TIME.

I feel as the world is being developed faster. I agree with you that the game "should" wipe on time from time, but should have reward for players that play for X period of time. Maybe 5% convenience bonus for each world that you log in more than 50% of the total days?

No, i read patchnotes and we play from time to time in our little settlement to test things, but online is low and its hard to play hardcore, when you know there will be reset in few months either way.
Its ok to join heaven 3 or even 5 months behind, but not a year.
Also we have some serious plans, couse game that we currently playing slowly dying due dumb devs (albion online).
