When a person gets KO'd all combat relations are ended, and the person is able to port to their HF/log out after 30 seconds. So if you don't kill someone from them hitting the ground, they just port home. Attacks also have a cap on the amount of damage they can do to someone's HHP. Cleave for example will take at most 60% of someone's HHP. This means you need to do at least 2 high damaging attacks to kill someone, because no attack can one shot someone's entire HHP bar. But if someone with really high strength fights someone with really low HP, they'll just one-shot them, which only KO's.

There's never equal number as factions always have bigger man power, regardless of bot power with addition of deeper game knowledge and that, they do not lack commitment. From what You say I can easly assume, You're one of many who thinks that equal start = equal chances, where after 1st month, it's very clear that You fall behind because of laziness or something else.

wiping the world will literally do NOTHING but repeat w10. fix all the shit thats broken first then reset. otherwise i doubt many players will come back to yet another broken world, and i believe jorb knows this so no point in asking for a reset. wont be coming anytime soon.

One could try to find out which hosting center devs have their server on, then buy your own server from there, and make a physical visit to the datacenter (I guess they allow those, if you pay at least). Smuggle some water in and throw it at the server which HnH world is saved on. You will probably get in a lot of trouble for this, but I think that it is the only way.
