How do you see this game? What gameplay do you like? Increasing crop quality from 300 to 500? This is senseless junk.
I really like new mechanics and i love developers of h&h for supporting the game and adding something new constantly. But unfortunately new kinds of animals, crops or plants doesn't change anything. This is permadeath baseraiding game. Like you can't change game basis by adding new pvp mech. This game always was a race between competitive players and this game is made for them.
All the fun happens in the first month or two when you are planting your first crops to build a beehive

Permadeath games like that are a race from the beginning to dominance over your area. You can't change that without removing permadeath + making bases unraidable.
Quick reminder: at the start of W10 there were 1.5k-2.5k online. Now it's 200. So the most part of players of this game are that kind. They come to play the best part and leave when game comes boring or when they get killed/raided. So if you change this mechanics - you will loose your main crowd, and online will be constantly 200. The good thing world won't need wipes anymore

So following ideas and wishes of these 200 players you loose 2k players (ofc i mean proportion 1 to 10). I don't wanna talk about commerce but is that wise to loose your followers? You got lot of people who want to play hard and ask for a wipe but little part of players don't want to loose their crops 1258 quality and don't want to grow them again so you continue making the game infinite grind with no sense.
As an example there is a game called "Rust". It has absolutely same game mechanics with base raiding, killing people to get stuff and crafting. Servers there get wiped every 1 or 2 weeks. At server start they have const 200 online each server + over 50 people qued for hours to get to server and start playing all together from 0. But after 3-4 days when people "loose" - most of them leave and online drops to 60-80 people. After new wipe it's 200+ again. That's a perfect example of server mechanics for such games. I know the life cycles here are much longer so you can take "6 months" or so and set rules for every new world to keep people playing the game and that makes people come back again and again so serv pop won't drop below 500. Plus everyone who wants to quit game always know when to come back to start over and make new "perfect startup plan".
I was playing h&h since w5 and i really love the game it became but every time after first 3-6 months of game i quit and wait for next wipe to start playing again with pleasure. Because at the timeline of 6 months starting from 0 is absolute pain and suffering without any rewarding. Gameplay doesn't bring you that much pleasure because there is no competition + you have already "lost the game". It's like playing versus cheater who can kill you whatever you do

I always come to check info at forums about world wipe and i'm really excited awaiting new world to start. I didn't post anything before but really it's the first time when the game developers don't want me to play it
