The City of Brodgar has no interest in butter of any quality.

I've seen some iron vendors take vast quantities of butter in exchange for cast iron, or you may want to try someone who's selling baked goods

Have 2 cloth if your willing to journy down to Asgard. Have too much weariness to go to the RoB

TCoB does not do pickups I'm afraid, on the plus side you can make your delivery whenever you like and typically at any bulk that you like.
