I have linen for trade. How much is needed?

And I probably cant buy it right now, whats the trade rate for:

Linen - cast iron
Chantrelles - cast iron
Milk - cast iron

and as far as exchange rates, these are all guesses based on other trades i've heard about, and i'm open to negotiation, but

16:1 chantrelles:cast iron
100:1 L of milk:cast iron
