I am currently being offered soldier's swords, of unfortunately low quality.

So, anything higher than that would be considered. As another said in this forum, my goods will become ever rarer and more useful, whilst yours will continue to bloat the market!

I have to note that I have little to no use for a "high quality" soldier's sword, unless the quality is 80+.
