[B] 3 bars of cast iron

Postby farmchamp » Wed Sep 30, 2009 2:19 am

With quality of at least 15, but that isn't as important. I will trade what ever you need that I have. I am able to get butter, wheat flour, and wool fairly easily. I can also plant grass. Thanks!

Read some other threads in here, there are people who have exchanged iron for butter, pm them to ask if they'll still make that trade.

TCoB is not interested in any of those products at this time, but if you can bring us linen cloth, wood or bricks we will pay in copper. Copper is worth less than iron, but can be used in anything that requires "any common metal" so may be workable for you.

Bricks you say? I can give you lots of wood and a good amount of bricks. How much of each? No need to bring it in a cart, if you want to trade we should meet at the ROB and I bring the goods in shipments.

You should probably discuss the quality of these bricks before attempting to get the trade over with.

Hmm. Sorry, not used to this quality thingy quite yet. I will make a batch and average the quality. My wood is fairly high quality though. Take that back, it is only quality 10. I am still working on the bricks though.

TCoB does not care about the quality of bricks that are going to be used for walls

Brodgar will pay 3 copper pieces for every 10 bricks (that's 0.3 copper a brick)
Brodgar will pay 8 copper pieces per log. We are not able to store large quantities of blocks or boards, so for logs you will need a cart.

Also note that you may get better prices from residents of brodgar and local transients if you bring a heap of logs and then ask around.

-snip- Working on the bricks now. I confess that I had just settled down, and I hadn't build a kiln, I was working on my Winery. The Kiln is now done, I am working on the bricks. Can you show me on a map where Brodgar is? I won't use a cart for the bricks, so I will build some straw baskets there and tele back and forth.
