Chest metal: What are it's going rates?

Bear with me, it's been a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time since I've had to manage my own trading.

I'm starting a new character (CG63 (SO ORIGINAL)) and I doubt I'll be able to settle near my own private mine. So, rather than spend days searching mordor for a mine whilst getting my ass handed to me by Level X creatures, I pose to you, noble merchants of the hearthlands, this question:

What are the rates for chest metal?


Most folks know what chest metal is: Low quality nuggets (and bars, for various metal constructions). But what could I expect to pay for this (In linen, Low QL. Baked goods, raw materials, etc.)


Also, if anyone happens to know of an unclaimed mine in the southeast...

usually about 10-12 a bar for linen right now, baked goods, probably about the same but it depends on the type and quality
