I produce q85 Copper, and keep at least one chest in stock. Unable to locate Tin Miner in either IRC or ingame.
I can help with coal if needed, and am able to meet at RoB at any time. I'm always in #haven.

Bumping and reiterating quality 85 and higher copper.
This is higher copper than anyone else in this forum, and most wont even be able to port to the Ring of Brodgar.
I am a citizen of Wayneville, and not part of any criminal organizations, and will never threaten you with violence.
I'm punctual and willing to tip well, and go as far as 1.5 copper to every bar of tin at equal quality.

I get a feeling that that's not quite what you're looking for.

The village I'm at can easily get q50ish bars of tin, and I'm full industry but I won't be mining for quite a while. I'll notify you if I start making tin bars again.
