Real estate: Mansion for sale

I have a stone mansion I'm interested in selling. It's in the main multigrid, and has access to a river, about 15 minutes or so sailing away from RoB to the Northwest. There are very few nearby settlements and no foot traffic (it's on an island), and it has immediate access to a heath and a swamp.
The sale includes six cabinets, a basic fancy bed, various other containers and tools, and any remaining stored goods after I depart.

I'd like to be paid in metals, particularly chest-usable metals. I'm willing to sell for 14 bars, or 12 if two of them are already cut into nuggets.
