I honestly wouldn't try to defend an indefensible point though, this isn't the same as ganking someone, then claiming innocence because funny, this is DDOSing the server, then joking about innocence. While I don't know if it was a conventional ddos attack, conventional ddosing is a crime in many countries like the United States, and Canada. You can face jail time for it.

Destroying the server stability is a great joke, keep it up. What amazes me more than how light the punishment was, is how nothing was done about it ingame. I'm actually starting to think people are frightened that you'll do it again, so to protect the server, they work with you instead of going against you, all in the hopes that you will leave the server alone.

Seatribe is already known to be lax against hackers. Elders probably remember the credentials logger client.
Even spyware clients, when proven and reported, should be a concern.

Now attacking the server is another level and if it's really DDoS, and the punishment is only a palisade nuke, this can clearly increase the incentive to break the server when needed.
I hope that something will be done to remove this toxic behaviour from the game, may it require legal actions.

I've looked around, and it seems that RobbenDuMarsch was the first person to spread this rumor, and the only people who have been saying it after that have been Whatever Bay members.

Not exactly sure what the intent is, most people who would believe it probably already have a disliking of Snail. Quite sure Snail doesn't much care for his "reputation" being slandered either.

the 2-3 people still "playing" (havent even attempted to leave their plot in 1 week) have become familiar faces, we are now on a 1st name basis, u could say we are 'acquaintances', they know who to call if they need help, still havent seen "captain of the guard" robben in days


there is not much to do to entertain myself in this now lifeless city so I find ways. the life of a 9-5 security guard is not very eventful.

u know I have them all kinned? right now its just eneloopa and runas online, they are 2 fresh sprucecap player that ask me for free gear, ive literally never seen 1 player in this 200 hearth secret village outside of a plot yet if ppl are farming in their plots its probably because ive bashed every single crop in the entire village on every public farm, they not gonna leave plot to hunt they probably farm carrot just to survive
