Unironically people who take it seriously are as bad as guys who care about Minecraft PVP

Theres something to be said about the effort you have to put in to get into haven combat.
In regular open world pvp games its very easy to get into pvp.
If you down someone it feels more special because of the effort they put in.
Obviously haven pvp looks and feels shit if you play any other pvp games.

It's very easy to pvp in Haven. It wouldn't be bad if pvp must be agreed upon, or was at most being knocked out, but downright murder, manslaughter, homicide, extortion of real-world money, not to mention theft of a master key so the victims can't even replace their locks is extreme. There seems to be no such thing as a protected area for a new player. Not even a locked house on a claimed property. Even the Wild West had laws. Here - nothing. In those other games, extortion of real-world money would get players banned. Here? Is there any recourse?

And how can locks be changed if the master key was stolen?

you can duplicate master key and store it in an alt logged off
if you have pali you are basically in a safe zone ive yet to see people spend effort to raid poor hermit

Wow you robbed a spruce who can't run, can't use defensives, uses parry with B12 while also having est. double his AGI according to your cheat client.
