It's not just the east, every side of the village, every exit and pathway is boarded up with dry inner walls like this

Dont ask me why they didnt use visitor gates, Im not going to try to understand monkey behavior. The inside of their village looked just as fucked as the east side from what I saw in bobs screenshot.
