There is a war in Whatever bay and DuMarsch using his iron grip on the city and its press freedoms to create fabrications, lies and mere propaganda in an attempt to hide its war crimes, this event is just one of many such crimes. Imagery and story of Felix is entierly fabricated. The true story is that our freedom fighters were clashing with the internal security forces from Whatever Bay after liberating naked individuals from forceful palisade reconstruction efforts. In fact they were attempting to repair a previous gap made in the city walls from during the siege of the city by the Coalition of free hearthland states.
We are here to liberate the city and its people from its Autocratic government and bring core values from our coalition to its people; freedom, big FEPs and justice for atrocities made by DuMarsch government.

Then why did you kill a civilian like me? I just asked for Snail's kiss.

Collateral damage does not include civilian casualties caused by military operations that are intended to terrorize or kill enemy civilians.

There are no collateral civilian damages from our part in the conflict, if you've been wronged it's most likely you were wronged by the Whatever Bay moral police. Something our freedom fighters are actively combatting, we've extracted multiple corpses of civilians from the city. Likely they were casualties made by the mentioned moral police.

I'm not exactly sure how you take the Felix KO as a story of "failure" on Whatever Bay's side.

The Fall of Molehill: Unprecedented Tactics in a City Shrouded in Mystery

The once-thriving city of Molehill has fallen, succumbing to an assault orchestrated by a group of individuals harboring an inexplicable hatred towards moles. What sets this siege apart is the deployment of taboo tactics that have left the Hearthlands in awe.

The aggressors, driven by motives yet to be unveiled, ingeniously mounted catapults onto their ships, creating a fearsome maritime force. This unconventional method allowed them to rain destruction upon the city's walls, catching the residents of Molehill off guard and unprepared for such a novel and audacious approach.
