Don't listen to MightySheep, the 'bay' charter stone name has been hijacked and anyone teleporting there gets KOed (maybe killed) and gets their stuff stolen. (Haven't checked the well in a while, I grabbed 6000 liters earlier in the siege so I won't have to go back for the foreseeable future.)
