I've heard there's a q54 well somewhere, but no idea where. Maybe another altruistic soul will create a new well. But what's to keep the same thing from happening in a new world; may be the next big thing in teh game - someone builds a nice market, raid it; someone digs a nice public well, destroy it. Why raid one village or farm when the same effort can ruin everyone's game at once.

so get some 40-50 water closest to you and strategize around the -5/+5

ideally tho find other things you enjoy beside chasing the ql dragon

Unfortunately, no. I quit playing long ago. Certainly won't be able to keep the vclaim authority up. But if you're an active player you can easily build a vclaim and charter stone there. I can even donate you a rock crystal.
