How does the theft area works?

Unfortunately, i got bad experience.
At barter stand 138 i bought two Thane's rings. Quality 148 for 40 gold coins each. But... 1st was 148q and second 108q.

Ofc my bad too - should see on each click - what you buying. But as for me - it is variant of scam. Or just mistake when trader filled cupboard.
Near barter stand is Runestone with discord of a trader "getjumped" aka Garen. But i cannot use discord (my country restrictions).

If it mistake, trader (or market owner) - please contact me there on forum or HS:Burr333
If it scam... then others warned.

All of the stuff on my stands is varied in quality, because its stuff from earlier in the world that I've looted in fights. I've got a cupboard right now that has plateboots ranging from q100 to q180, I just cba to price them differently.
