WTB Village package for tokken

It is a pay to win situation.
I am too busy to do the starting part of this game by myself, so I will pay for it.

What I want is....
Tools & Equipment: Hard Metal Shovel, pickaxe, Woodsman axe, Metal Saw, Grand Belt

Materials: 2 bone glue, 5 rope, 21 leather, 5 hard leather, 6 hard metal, 1 bar of tin, 80 flax cloth

I am willing to pay maximum 5 tokkens for all of it, if there is several offers I will take the one who either wants less tokkens or offer more extra stuff.

I am still looking around for where i want to put my village down, once i have found a place and can buy the lawspeaker skill and afford the village
I will take what ever best offer there is. I am playing on very limited time and I am extremely picky about village locations, so it will take a little time.

I am not looking for any quality, I just need the tools to get the village started.
Higher quality however counts as a higher offer, would be stupid to not take the better offer, right?
