[W16.1] Looking for players to join village

I have been playing since world 5 and would characterize myself as a PvE player and trader.
We have started a small village where people can join so we play together. We are a small community where people can settle own plot nearby to existing ones, learn the game, and just enjoy playing together.
We’re based in the EU timezone, but players from anywhere are welcome. Communication will be in English. We build an inclusive, respectful environment.
The end goal is to build a persistent community of players we play together, starting new worlds etc.

Village structure:
Both experienced and new players are invited.
Every player or group of players will have their own plot, a piece of land up to 100x100 that must be claimed and covered with palisade.
Plot size can be increased in case a larger group of players joins or trying to build a communal plot.
All plots will be covered by the village.

What we offer:
We maintain a public zone where all general mid-quality tools could be used, grant access to the mine and overall main gathering point. It is also be a temporary shelter for those who just joined and don’t have their own place yet.
Once joined, selected place for plot and built own claim - we give starter pack:

Animals, seeds, and more tools will be shared with anyone with palisade dried and claimed.
Knowledge sharing and guidelines.

How to join:
You can either spawn a fresh character on a charterstone or travel to a charter stone.

Voice chat:
I prefer not to, but I'm totally fine with others having it
In things like dungeons it will be used though.

Requirements:
Be ready to communicate in English
You must have discord, we will create a server to coordinate there
If you’re new, you must be ready to read the wiki
To avoid causing problems for other villagers, committing criminal acts is not allowed

I am a returning player after a looong hiatus and I guess I could join cause playing as hermit gets boring quickly. I made a char couple weeks ago and I have a small claim, metal tools etc. I am wondering where do you plan to build the village?
If it is going to be on one of the starting continents then I am afraid that I would pass. On the other hand if you are looking for some virgin land I found a decent spot where there is nobody and all natural resources are uncontested. No realm nearby. Let me know

Yeah at world start it felt really overwhelming, but world speed feels a lot better mid-late game.

Not much people joined to be honest, as world seems dead recently.

I edited main post a bit, as it's kind of misleading some that the project is still in plans or in building.
We already have small community of villagers and also other players from surrounding area, always open for newjoiners.
