Reported theft

Postby Luke_Prowler » Sun Sep 13, 2009 1:31 am

Since the time I have been here (and that's not very long, mind you) I have robbed five times. the first three I was ok about, because it was just minor stuff, and I did not have yeomanry yet. The last two were after i had made my claim, both taking valuable crops, and the last time they took Everything, and cut down the mulberry tree nearby. For the most part I knew I could not do much about it. However, the last time they had made a mistake, when the wrote on a unmarked runestone I had.

Now, I'm not 100% what happens after this point, but hopefully Justice will be served

I find it kind of unlikely that a goon actually wrote that or robbed you. Do you know the name of the character who stole from you?

You should get a ranger to inspect your property for scents if they went on your claim.

I'm Giglamesh's friend!
It's possible somebody wrote that to point you in the wrong direction. You best get a ranger to look at the tracks.

I decided to track myself. A Tresspass scent lead to a place owned by Galewindblade (Or across the lake, I'm not sure), a theft one is apparently owned by someone with no hearth fire.

Go to the RoB and right click on the ground in the middle with the scent... I think.

EDIT: Luke, I am going to trespass on your land to get one of those scents, is this okay?

Update on the situation, the guy who did it is called Diablo. I saw him yesterday cutting up all the logs on Fragment's claim. I attempted to get a scent but instead picked up one of the logs he cut up by accident.
I just summoned him from the RoB with a scent taken from Luke's claim. I am now wondering weather or not to attempt to kill him or not.
If someone else is willing to do the dirty work for me that would be better.
