Peace Treaty: WV's and Us

I have given it thought over two weeks and I've decided a bloody war won't help the H and H world. I request that we have a peace treaty so that everyone shall live in peace and prosperity. This treaty I hope will get more people playing H and H. and then once this game gets to Beta the treaty shall be null and void. So thos who wish to sign it...errr....post your signature. If all disagree then we shall continue this bloody war/ propoganda.
