Since Delamore's left the game, I have been designated as the new leader of Goonheim. Any questions or comments can be directed to me in PMs.

While Del did a great job during his tenure, it's time to stop jewing around with a shitton of steel and enter the golden years of the Goon Empire. As such I have created a set of directives by which Goonheim will now be governed.

1. Annexation. Goonheim is now annexing what was formerly "South Brofica" which will now become "South-er Goonheim". South-er Goonheim will become Goonheim Prime's (the new name for the original Goonheim) production center, where as Goonheim Prime will become the center of all Goon civilization. Towards that end, work must be performed to make sure that Goonheim Prime is up to date with all of the most important features of a true civilization, namely

2. Whores. The apartment complex in Goonheim Prime's mines will be closed off to become "Goonslut's Haven for (w)Hores". This government-owned and operated brothel will help bring Goonheim into the enlightened age. With that, it is important to keep up appearances, leading to

3. Dress Code. Top hats and togas are to be the official wardrobe of all residents of goonheim. Any citizen not wearing the dress code (except for the whores at the Goonheim Brothel, who must be naked at all times, save for the top hat) will be promptly knocked out, stripped, and forced to serve in the brothel until their sentence is up.

These laws will henceforth be known as "Hammurabi's Laws 2: Now better and badder". Failure to adhere to these laws will lead to certain death.
