Kiting is for PVP where you are in a party with other archers. The mark will chase one, who runs away while the others keep distance and PEW PEW PEW. I haven't tested it but the theory seems sound, especially using a high res client like mine.

bot archers might be feasable if soumeone has a decent machine and anyone bothers to grind em up to meaningful level (70-110.

And no...I'm nowhere near powerful enough to do that myself anytime soon. But there are signs. I just read the signs. That is all.
