Nah, a native European language speaker would not make that mistake. That one is clearly from an SOV language, trying to to change an S dO iO V sentence into an S V dO iO sentence. The main problem is that they choose a Germanic verb, and further a Germanic phrasal verb (which does allow pronoun objects to come after the adverbial half of the phrasal verb).
I can`t imagine that a native German speaker would make that sort of mistake.
Edit -- Also, Im bored and the server has been down `way too long. It claims to be up now, but I cant log on. So I really have nothing better to do than to sip this wine and post these types of posts.
